Terms and Conditions
NCC, LLC reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollments or conditions beyond its control. Notification of any cancellations will be made as early as practical and include a full refund.

 

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel you must notify the originator of this email 48 hours prior to the day of the event or workshop. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Therefore, just calling on the phone to an NCC representative or by contacting the facilitator(s), is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to: info@nconsultingcoaches.com. Any other means of cancellation will be not be accepted. If you do cancel, before the 48 hours, a refund will be issued to the credit card that was used during your registration. (Please allow business 7-10 days for your reimbursement to be issued). All individuals cancelling late or are a no-show will lose their fees paid. Working in collaborative partnership, Royal Heirs Inc and NCC will not take any responsibility for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
